The Samodurovs family lives in the village of Uglyanets in Russia's Voronezh Region. Shura and her two brothers, Alyosha and Petya, are blind from birth.After the death of their parents and elder brother Shura refused to put her brothers with special needs in a psychiatric facility. The three of them have lived together for the past decade. In spring 2013 the Samodurovs got a new house.
